When my husband saw how frustrated I was getting with trying to scan our photos, he told me that maybe our old equipment was ready to be retired. I do not know very much about shopping for this type of thing, but my husband did all the research on the canon flatbed scanner and said it is the right one for us. The cannon scanner drivers do a superior job of scanning photos and they can produce the most lovely vivid and true to life colors and photos I have ever seen. I am so glad my husband did all of his research on this.
