My father is chief of staff at the county hospital. He loves his job and really takes it seriously. Last week during dinner he was telling us how the hospital’s pediatricians were complaining about the Pediatric EMR program the hospital uses. They were saying how they were outdated and how they really needed to be upgraded. He said when he heard the complaints of the different doctors he thought it was  his job to make sure that he researched and found a new system to introduce into hospital to make the doctor’s lives a lot easier. He said it wasn’t an easy task because there were so many programs on the market to choose from.
