My cousin Arnold had a website developed for him by a friend that knew how to create snazzy sites. It looked fantastic and so he opened for business but had very little traffic and no sales. These guys helped him in a way that nor only is has his traffic increased but now he is seeing targeted website traffic and his sales are phenomenal. He always thought that the most important aspect to a website was how it looked, but that is only half of the puzzle.
