When both my husband and I had to be out of town on business trips on the same days, we panicked. We don’t usually leave our children in the care of others, and the relatives don’t live anywhere close by. As we compared our calendars, it appeared as though this conflict was going to become  a monthly issue for at least the next six months. When we contacted care.com at a friend’s suggestion, we were pleased with the quality of the babysitters and nannies that were available. We will try to stick with one girl or lady so that our children become comfortable, but I think that this will be a good job compromise for our family.
