The tuna recipe that I love doing the most is my chilli tuna in taco shells. You need tuna, chilli sauce, taco shells and beans. First mix the tuna, beans and sauce together to create almost a paste. Then you fill the shells with the paste and it tastes lovely. If you would like to advance on this you can add cheese to the top of it. You can also melt the cheese in the microwave or the oven. To add to this, I sometimes like to mix tuna and baked beans together as it is low in fat, and has plenty of proein which is good for weight lifters or profession athletes. It can also help us normal people in losing weight due to its low fat content.
