i find that i will get bored as i train my abs. you know what i did.i took a meditation class and learned a whole bunch about controled breathing and other awesome techniques of meditation that have really skyrocketed my success. i can go for a long time when i am performing my incline medicine ball sit ups. i never have to really concern my self with having to blast away body fat because i am naturally pretty lean. this is a good thing and a bad thing. i havve a hard time holding onto any muscle gains that i make.
