Jump Workouts – We Will Start Slowly, And Then Progress From There
I am going to start out slowly and then work up toe the harder things. I think the passing practice3 will be first. Then we will move on to free throws and last we will do the jump workouts.I know that they will be much harder so we will save them until last. I remember when I did them I was sore for days. If we work up to it then maybe it will not be so hard on us.
