I finally received my first two bedroom apartment on my own. When I went in the office to sign all the papers, the manager asked did I want tenent insurance and recommended it. Since I couldn’t afford it at the time, I declined but she gave me a brochure just in case I changed my mind later. There was a flood in my upstairs neighbor apartment and although it was small, it was enough water to leak into my kitchen pantry. There was no damage done but the apartment complex arranged to have maintenance come check to see if any additional damage had been done that they could fix.

My parents recently quit their corporate jobs and started their own business. This was a dream come true for them, because they had saved their money for years to be able to do this. The downside is that they are on their own for medical coverage. My father went online one evening to look up affordable health insurance, and was quite impressed with the many choices available. He was quickly able to find a very budget friendly policy for both of them. With this secured, my parents can now concentrate on getting their new business off the ground and running.
