I was used to weighing no more than 120 pounds until I was 32.  At 32, I got pregnant with my son and gained a lot of weight with him.  He is my pride and joy and I wouldn’t change a thing; except the weight.  I tried many diet and exercise plans to no avail.  I would lose a little and then gain it back faster than I lost it.  The most I ever lost was 10 pounds.  I decided to try Nutrisystem and I am glad I did.  I am now at my goal weight and I certainly don’t look like a 47 year old woman.

I work as a nurse, and I visit patients at their homes and tend to their needs. I am a lifelong smoker, but I wasn’t allowed to smoke during the work day at all, and I knew that I couldn’t tolerate that.
